When two clinics have an active partnership, they can allow inventory linking and transfers. From there, a product in one account can be linked to the matching product in the partner account. The link tells Übik that these two inventory records represent the same real-world item, even though each clinic keeps its own stock count.

That means each clinic keeps its own operations clean while still being able to cooperate when inventory needs to move.

Example: Sending Vaccines to a Partner Clinic

Imagine Clinic A and Clinic B are partner clinics. Clinic B has a busy vaccine day, but its shipment is delayed. Clinic A has enough Vanguard in stock to help.

In Übik, Clinic A can:

  1. Open the inventory item for Vanguard
  2. Link it to Clinic B’s matching Vanguard inventory
  3. Enter the quantity or packages to send
  4. Add a note, such as “temporary transfer for Saturday vaccine appointments”
  5. Save the transfer

Übik decreases Clinic A’s stock, increases Clinic B’s stock, and writes the transfer into inventory history for both sides. The log shows the direction, partner clinic, item, quantity, packages, and notes.

AI-Assisted Inventory Movement

“Send 2 units of Vanguard to Downtown Vet.”
